Preparing for the trip

PREPARING FOR THE TRIP

PASSPORT/VISA VALIDITY

To enter the country you will need to have valid travel document – passport. Check date of expiry listed in your passport to be sure that your travel document is valid.

Most foreigners visiting Czech Republic don´t need to a have a Czech visa to enter or leave the country. During the preparation process the RM Manager will let you know if you need a visa and will assist you in acquiring these documents from the Czech Consulate in your country.

TRANSPORTATION, HOSPITAL, DOCTOR, HOTEL, COMPLEMENTARY PROGRAM

Based on your expectation we will start to design the detailed itinerary and we let you know the estimated total price of the medical procedures. When you are fully content and you understand the timeline of your trip, the RM Manager will ask you to confirm the submitted plan.

DEPOSIT FUNDS

At least 4 weeks before visiting the Czech Republic, we ask you to forward 20% of the price quotation as a deposit into our Czech bank account. Consequently we will confirm all you reservations in our country. Another deposit of 60% of the price we´ll ask you to pay at least 1 week before departure to the Czech Republic.

GUARANTEE, LEGAL PROTECTION

Each client receives from us a written confirmation that the clinic plans for the period of treatment, and that we have received a deposit. This document is in the form of contract.

REVIEW THE PRICE QUOTATION AND DISCUSS POTENTIAL TRAVEL DATES

During this process, you will receive a price quotation for the procedure(s) and the whole itinerary, the RM Manager will discuss with you what kind of service on which level you are expecting from us – accommodation, private transport in the Czech Republic, interpreter, special food or beverages, sight-seeing program etc. The well-arranged price quotation will detail what is the price for medical treatment and each service you required. Than we will ask you to confirm agreed price quotation.

PRE-TRAVEL MEDICAL CONSULTATION WITH YOUR SPECIALIST

For your security and comfort the RM Manager will facilitate your communication with your doctor. He will make connections as you will wish – make a conference call or provide email address or other ways of communication. This will be the right time to ask any questions or have any remarks to the planned procedures.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

To help alleviate your concern for financial loss in the unlikely event of your planned medical trip being interrupted, postponed or cancelled, we recommend buying some of the travel insurance offered in your country. Usually the insurance company provides comprehensive coverage for all of the travel needs: trip cancellation/interruption, travel delay, delayed, lost, stolen or damaged baggage, emergency medical assistance and pre-trip travel advice.

OTHER RECOMMENDATION FOR A COMFORTABLE AND EASY TRIP

Don´t forget take all of your long time prescripted medicine with you. Arrange an appointment with your local doctor to check if you don´t need other medicine while you are away.

Agree with your loved ones the way of communication while travelling abroad so you can keep them informed about your experience. Consult it with your RM Manager. He will do the best and arrange everything to make your communication with your family and friends as easy as possible.
